The Lantronix G520 LTE Connectivity Kit (G526GP1AS1B01) is a secondary-connectivity accessory for the Lantronix SLC 8000 console manager. It provides cellular out-of-band management for data centers, branch offices and remote sites. The kit includes the G520-series G526 gateway (North America, Canada and USA), a power supply, an antenna and an RJ45 cable, so it arrives ready to connect to the console manager. In an out-of-band role, the gateway acts as an LTE failover and failback path. Administrators can still reach the SLC 8000 and the equipment behind it when the production network is unavailable. Setup and provisioning run through the SLC 8000 Advanced Console Manager and SLB Branch Office Manager, and a reliable static route prevents redundant wireless data usage. The G526 inside the kit is a 4G LTE Cat-4 gateway covering B2, B4, B5, B10, B12, B13, B14, B17, B25, B26, B66 and B71. It has dual mini-SIM slots with single standby, and Ethernet, cellular and Wi-Fi can be configured for failover or load balancing. It also offers: - Two 10/100 Ethernet ports, 2T2R Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth/BLE 5.1 - RS-232 and RS-485 serial, USB host, configurable I/O, CAN bus and GPS - Zone-based firewall, VLAN, DMZ and SIM PIN - VPN options including IPsec (up to 4 channels), OpenVPN and WireGuard - Connectivity and application watchdogs to recover from dropped links The hardware is housed in brushed aluminum, runs from 10.8-60 V DC and operates from -30 °C to +70 °C.
