Protect thin-and-light laptops with a lock designed around the realities of modern hardware. Kensington’s Slim NanoSaver Keyed LPTP uses a smaller lock head and a low-positioned locking cleat so the device can remain flat and stable while connected. That matters when your users rely on ultra-thin notebooks and 2-in-1 systems that need to sit properly on a desk, dock, or conference table. The elevated key cylinder keeps the locking mechanism out of the way, helping preserve access to nearby ports and reducing interference with the chassis layout. For IT teams, that means fewer complaints from users and fewer compromises when standardizing physical security across a mixed laptop fleet. It is a practical choice for organizations that want a lock that fits the device instead of forcing the device to adapt to the lock. This model is especially relevant for enterprise environments where mobility, desk density, and device design all matter. It supports a cleaner installation experience for modern laptops with nano lock slots and is better aligned with premium hardware than bulky legacy cable locks. If you are securing high-value endpoints, the difference is in fit, usability, and the confidence that the lock will not get in the way of the machine it is protecting.
