Keep Vivacity cart deployments aligned with current device charging needs using a retrofit kit built for targeted upgrades. The JAR SYSTEMS USB-C Charging Retrofit Kit for Vivacity gives IT teams a practical way to extend the value of existing charging infrastructure while supporting USB-C-powered endpoints across the organization. This approach is especially useful when the cart platform is still serviceable but the charging standard has changed. Rather than replacing the entire unit, teams can update the charging capability at the retrofit level, preserving capital investment and reducing the operational burden of a full hardware swap. That makes planning easier for procurement, facilities, and technology teams managing large device fleets. For organizations that depend on carts to keep mobile devices available throughout the day, the benefit is straightforward: maintain the platform you already trust, while bringing charging support in line with today’s devices. It is a focused upgrade path for environments where uptime, consistency, and budget discipline matter.
