Keep compatible Evolve2 40 and Evolve2 65 headsets in service by replacing worn ear cushions with a matched black pair. Jabra 14102-20 contains one pair of ear cushions, providing the two pieces needed to renew both sides of a compatible headset. It is an accessory component, not a complete headset. The replacement parts fit the headset’s ear-contact positions. For shared desks, contact-center stations, and assigned office headsets, ear cushions are the components that contact the wearer. Replacing a worn pair lets an organization retain a functioning compatible headset while addressing the parts that receive routine user contact. The pair format helps ensure that the left and right ear-contact components are renewed together, rather than leaving one original cushion in place. It does not replace headset electronics, microphones, cables, or charging hardware. Compatibility and color are the decision points for this accessory. This version is specified for the Evolve2 40 and Evolve2 65 headset range and is supplied in black. Its package quantity is one pair, so it addresses both ear-cushion positions on one compatible headset. Select it when those are the headset families in use and a black replacement pair is required. Match the accessory to the headset family before replacement.
