Ivanti ITSM Premium Concurrent Analyst Upgrade

Scale service operations with a licensing upgrade designed for teams that need more from the same Ivanti footprint. This ITSM Premium Concurrent Analyst Upgrade moves eligible Neurons for ITSM & ITAM concurrent analysts into a premium entitlement, helping organizations align access with growing support demand, more complex workflows, and broader operational requirements. For infrastructure and service management teams, the value is in continuity. You keep the concurrent model that suits shared analyst pools, while stepping into a higher-tier ITSM experience built for organizations that need tighter control over license consumption and a more capable service desk foundation. That makes this upgrade especially relevant for enterprises standardizing on Ivanti and looking to extend value from an existing deployment rather than replace it. Because this is an upgrade path, it is best suited to procurement teams that want to preserve prior investment and avoid unnecessary license churn. It supports a more deliberate move from baseline ITSM and ITAM usage into a premium service management tier, with the licensing structure aligned to how real support teams operate.
