Infrascale IBDR Extended Hardware Warranty 18xx

Keep Infrascale 18xx appliances protected after the standard warranty window closes. This extended hardware warranty is designed for new appliance model 18xx systems configured with 30, 45, or 60 TB SSD capacity, and it covers Years 4 and 5. For organizations that depend on appliance availability for backup and recovery operations, that extra coverage matters. The business case is straightforward: hardware failures become more expensive when they interrupt recovery workflows, consume staff time, or force unplanned replacement decisions. Extending coverage helps reduce that risk while preserving the lifecycle value of the appliance already in service. It also gives procurement and infrastructure teams a cleaner path for budgeting support over a longer planning horizon. This is a practical fit for environments that standardize on Infrascale for data protection and want to avoid a coverage gap as the appliance ages. Rather than relying on reactive replacement planning, teams can keep support aligned to the installed base and maintain confidence in the platform through the later years of ownership.
