IBM Rational Team Concert Developer Client Express Edition

Maintain developer continuity without overbuying seats. IBM Rational Team Concert Developer Client Express Edition with 1 Year Software Maintenance is a competitive trade-up license designed for 1 authorized user on PC platforms. It fits organizations that need to preserve access to established IBM tooling while keeping licensing aligned to a specific user and program level. This Passport Advantage offering is built for controlled software acquisition, not broad-seat sprawl. The included 1 year of software maintenance helps keep the license current during the support window, while the competitive trade-up structure supports customers moving from qualifying software into the Rational Team Concert Express Edition developer client. For procurement teams, the value is clarity: one user, one license, one maintenance term, and a defined licensing program. For technical teams, it means a straightforward path to keep a developer working in a familiar environment with minimal administrative friction. When the requirement is to preserve productivity and stay within an IBM licensing framework, this package gives you a precise, auditable option.
