Maintain secure connectivity at the edge with a gateway designed for branch and small campus environments that cannot tolerate downtime. The HPE Aruba Networking 9114 Hybrid Gateway is a rack-mountable 1U appliance built to extend enterprise services while supporting consistent access for users, devices, and wireless infrastructure. With 10 Gigabit Ethernet and SFP/SFP+ expansion options, the platform is suited to sites that need flexible uplink design and room to grow. HPE positions this gateway for cloud-optimized edge deployments, where centralized management, reliable roaming support, and 24x7 operation matter more than commodity routing hardware. For IT teams standardizing on Aruba networking, the 9114 offers a higher-value edge layer than entry-level routers by combining gateway functionality, management access, and enterprise deployment fit in a compact chassis. It is a strong choice for branch offices and small campuses that need stable connectivity, controlled expansion, and a form factor that belongs in the rack, not on a desk.
