Poly Trio 8800 Open SIP Hardware Rpl 3YR HP U72A9PP

Maintain conference room continuity with 3-year hardware replacement coverage for the Poly Trio 8800 Open SIP IP conference phone. This HP support offering is defined in the statement of work, giving IT and procurement teams a clear service boundary for RingCentral deployments. It is designed for organizations that depend on reliable room audio and need a replacement path that fits enterprise support planning. For shared spaces, the cost of a failed conference phone is more than the device itself. It affects meetings, executive calls, and day-to-day collaboration. This coverage helps reduce that risk by providing a defined hardware replacement model over a multi-year term. The per-phone MSRP structure also supports straightforward budgeting across room-based deployments. Choose this plan when you want support terms that match the operational importance of the endpoint. It is a practical fit for teams standardizing on Poly Trio 8800 systems and looking for vendor-aligned replacement coverage rather than generic break-fix handling.
