HID Global Sex Offender Screening Per Station

Strengthen front-desk and admissions workflows with per-station sex offender screening for non K-12 schools. This HID Global software service is built for organizations that need reliable screening at the point of interaction, where speed, consistency, and policy adherence matter most. By licensing screening per station, teams can align access decisions with local procedures across multiple desks or intake points. That structure is especially useful in schools, training centers, and administrative offices where staff need a clear, repeatable process for evaluating records before granting access or enrollment-related entry. This offering is positioned for non K-12 environments, making it a fit for institutions with distinct compliance requirements and controlled visitor or applicant workflows. It helps reduce manual review burden while supporting a more disciplined screening process across the organization. For procurement teams, the value is in standardization: one station, one defined entitlement, one predictable deployment model. That makes it easier to scale screening where it is needed most, without overbuying capacity that will never be used.
