HID PIV IDMS Subscription License with Gold Support

Keep PIV identity operations under control with a subscription license that pairs HID Global software access with Gold Support. Built for organizations managing regulated identity workflows, this licensing model helps maintain continuity across credential issuance, identity lifecycle tasks, and administrative oversight. Gold Support adds a higher-touch service layer for teams that cannot afford delays when identity services are under pressure. That matters when PIV processes sit inside broader security, compliance, and access-control operations where downtime or unresolved issues can ripple across users and facilities. This SKU is suited to procurement teams that want a clear subscription structure tied to a specific HID Global product line. It gives IT and security stakeholders a cleaner path for budgeting, renewals, and vendor-backed support coverage without introducing unnecessary complexity. For organizations standardizing on HID identity infrastructure, this license helps preserve operational consistency while aligning support expectations with enterprise requirements.
