HID CMS Per User License | HID Global Access Control, Cloud Licensing

Scale credential management without overbuying capacity. HID CMS Per User License gives teams a straightforward way to align licensing with the number of users they need to support, making it easier to plan identity operations and control software spend. Built for enterprise environments that manage credentials at scale, this license supports structured deployment of HID CMS within a broader access and identity workflow. It is a practical fit for organizations that need predictable licensing tied to user count rather than broad, open-ended consumption. For procurement teams, the per-user model simplifies budgeting and renewal planning. For IT teams, it supports cleaner rollout decisions when credential management must track workforce growth, site expansion, or phased adoption. When compared with generic licensing models, this approach helps keep entitlement mapping clear and reduces ambiguity in deployment scope. Use it when you need a licensing structure that matches operational demand, supports disciplined identity administration, and fits enterprise purchasing standards.
