HID CMS Per User License | HID Global, Identity Management, Enterprise

Give identity teams a cleaner way to license HID CMS with a per-user entitlement model. This license is built for organizations that want access management aligned to named users rather than broad, hard-to-track coverage. Per-user licensing helps procurement teams map spend to actual deployment needs while giving IT a straightforward way to manage entitlement across the user base. That matters in environments where identity controls, auditability, and renewal clarity are part of the operating model. HID Global’s CMS licensing is suited to enterprise access and identity workflows where consistency matters. By tying the license to individual users, organizations can better plan rollouts, maintain tighter control over software entitlement, and avoid the waste that comes with oversized licensing pools. For teams comparing identity software options, this model offers a practical balance of control and purchasing precision. It supports structured deployment planning and helps keep licensing aligned with the realities of enterprise access management.
