JBL MudRing Brkt C24C24CT E

Plan the ceiling opening before the sheetrock is installed. The JBL MudRing Brkt C24C24CT E is an optional mud ring construction bracket designed for pre-drywall speaker placement in commercial audio projects. It gives installers a defined mounting point for Control 24C and 24CT family speakers, helping preserve alignment and reduce guesswork once the ceiling is finished. This bracket is made for integration into the construction sequence, not as an afterthought. By installing before sheetrock, teams can establish a clean opening and use the integral ring extension for drywall mudding. That means a more controlled finish and fewer adjustments later in the job. Each pack contains 6 pieces, making it practical for multi-room builds, tenant improvements, and repeatable deployment across a facility. For contractors, integrators, and AV teams working on distributed ceiling audio, the value is in consistency: the right opening, in the right place, ready for the speaker to land cleanly when trim-out begins. It is a small part that protects the quality of the final install.
