The C2F193531LG1 is a 20U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. It is the welded structural starting point for a custom cabinet build, intended for AV integrators, telecom and lab technicians, and OEM or industrial engineers who want to choose their own mounting rails, doors, side panels, and top/bottom panels rather than buy a pre-configured enclosure. Mounting rails are not included with this frame.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly; the C2 platform uses 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, and is rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. The textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding. The C2 Series is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America; this part is made in Canada and is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant.

Overall frame dimensions are 43.16 in (1096 mm) high x 23.00 in (584 mm) wide x 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, with a nominal listed size of 42.31 in x 23 in x 31.5 in (1,075 mm x 584 mm x 800 mm). Usable mounting height is 35.06 in (891 mm) for 20 rack units, with 29.50 in (749 mm) of usable mounting depth. Shipping weight is 86 lbs (39.01 kg).

To complete the rack, add 19" rail pairs: CCR35TZPL for 10-32 tapped rails or CPR35SZPL for square-hole rails. C-channel struts allow infinite-depth rail adjustment, and interchangeable top and bottom panels (solid, vented, fan or cable entry) plus optional solid, vented or window doors let you tune airflow, access and security. Four leveling feet are included with the C2 platform, and optional casters are supported; the frame includes 5/16-18 leveling foot threads, 1/4-20 caster hardware threads and 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points.
