The 1427NCGPG7LG is a gray (RAL 7035) extra-long PG7 liquid-tight cordgrip made of nylon. The extra-long body gives an inner thread length (T) of 0.59 in (15 mm), nearly double the 8 mm of the standard PG7, for small cables entering or leaving an enclosure.
An NBR (nitrile rubber) seal and a large opening let the nylon gland accept a wide range of cable diameters, and the strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring to hold the cable without twisting or damaging it. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.
