HAIVISION NETWORK VIDEO HAIVISION-S&H Shipping and Handling

Apply the HAIVISION-S&H charge when shipping and handling is associated with a HAIVISION NETWORK VIDEO order. It represents a shipment-related service charge rather than a physical product. No network-video appliance, mounting component, cable, software entitlement, or replacement part is represented by this entry. Keep the charge associated with the shipment for which it applies, since it addresses handling and freight activity rather than equipment functionality. This entry fits orders where transport of the accompanying goods creates a separate shipping and handling requirement. It has no installed role in an encoder, decoder, gateway, or video-management environment, and it adds no ports, power, media interfaces, or operating capability. Treat it as an order-associated service charge so the delivered equipment and its shipment-related cost remain distinct from the hardware being transported. Use the exact charge only with the related shipment. It should not be selected as a substitute for hardware, a support entitlement, a license, or field service. Its purpose is limited to the associated shipment rather than operation of the installed video system. This distinction separates shipment-related handling from the equipment that will be received, installed, and placed into service.
