UX10G5GSA26-U36 adds the RS232 option to a configured Getac UX10 fully rugged tablet. It is a factory upgrade ordered with the configured unit rather than deployed as a standalone device. Select it when the UX10 installation requires a serial interface for its assigned workflow. RS232 is one of the UX10 optional top-side expansion choices. The top-side selection is mutually exclusive with the 1D/2D imager barcode reader, USB 2.0 Gen 1 Type-A port, LAN port, microSD, HF RFID reader, HDMI 2.0, and thermal camera options. The base tablet supplies a 10.1 in WUXGA capacitive multi-touch display with 1,000 nits, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, and two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports. Apply this factory RS232 selection to UX10 deployments for industrial programming and robotic control, utility asset management, railroad management, or long-haul delivery fleet management. The UX10 platform is IP66 certified, MIL-STD-810H certified, and vibration and 6 ft (1.8 m) drop resistant for use in operational environments.
