FC-10-GR60G-247-02-36 provides a 3 year FortiCare Premium support entitlement for an eligible FortiGate Rugged 60G appliance. It includes 24 × 7 Fortinet technical support access after registration to the appliance serial number. It does not add FortiGuard security subscriptions or replacement hardware.
This entitlement applies to the FortiGate Rugged 60G product family. Register the contract against the serial number of the intended eligible appliance so Fortinet can associate the support term and coverage dates with that device.
FortiCare Premium coverage is activated by associating the entitlement with the eligible FortiGate appliance serial number through Fortinet registration. The registered appliance then receives the applicable support access for the 3 year contract term.
