Fortinet Advanced Cloud Storage Security for Dropbox, 5 Year

Keep Dropbox aligned with enterprise security policy for a full five-year term. Fortinet Advanced Cloud Storage Security for Dropbox helps organizations reduce the risk of sensitive file exposure by applying cloud-focused controls to one of the most widely used collaboration platforms. It is designed for IT teams that need stronger visibility into cloud storage activity, tighter governance around shared content, and a clearer path to policy enforcement across distributed users. This subscription fits environments where Dropbox is part of daily operations but cannot be treated as an unmanaged content repository. By extending security coverage over a longer term, it supports predictable planning and reduces the need for frequent renewal cycles. That matters for procurement teams and infrastructure leaders who want stable protection without constant license churn. For organizations handling regulated, confidential, or business-critical files, this offering helps create a more controlled Dropbox environment. It is a practical choice when the goal is to preserve collaboration speed while tightening oversight around how data is stored, accessed, and shared.
