ExtremeSwitching X440-G2 EXOS MACsec Feature Pack

Add link-layer protection where it matters most. The ExtremeSwitching X440-G2 EXOS MACsec Feature Pack enables MACsec for use with supported X440-G2 EXOS switching environments, giving enterprise teams a way to encrypt traffic between trusted endpoints on the wire. That matters in access and aggregation layers where traffic may traverse shared infrastructure and where compliance, confidentiality, and segmentation requirements are non-negotiable. MACsec helps protect data in transit at Layer 2, reducing exposure on switch links without changing the operational model of the network. For organizations standardizing on ExtremeSwitching, this feature pack is a focused way to add security capability to an existing platform. It is a better fit than generic alternatives when the requirement is specific: secure switch-to-switch or endpoint-to-switch traffic with MACsec support on the EXOS stack. The result is stronger protection for sensitive traffic while preserving the performance and control expected from enterprise switching infrastructure.
