Eaton N390-109M-8L-AP OS2 MPO-to-LC APC Breakout Cable

Break out an 8-fiber OS2 singlemode trunk into four duplex LC/APC connections without separate fan-out hardware. Eaton N390-109M-8L-AP uses one female 8-fiber APC MPO connector at the trunk side and four LC/APC branch connections, carrying all eight fibers from the MPO interface to four paired fiber paths. The cable fits fiber plant layouts where an MPO-based trunk must terminate at equipment, patching fields or other locations that use duplex LC connections. Four duplex branches provide a direct physical transition from the eight-fiber MPO format to four two-fiber connections. APC connector polishing maintains angled physical-contact interfaces across both the MPO and LC connection scheme. OS2 singlemode fiber supports singlemode structured-cabling environments and keeps the cable aligned with 8.3/125 µm fiber infrastructure. The 8-fiber construction is the defining distinction of this breakout format: one MPO connector concentrates eight fibers at the trunk end, while the opposite end separates them into four LC/APC duplex paths.
