Move meeting control out of the laptop and into the room. DTEN Room Controller 2.0 gives teams a dedicated interface for starting, managing, and ending conference-room sessions with less friction and fewer interruptions. For organizations standardizing on video-enabled collaboration spaces, that matters: every extra step at the table slows adoption and creates support overhead. This controller is designed for environments where consistency counts. It supports a cleaner room experience by keeping core meeting actions close at hand, so presenters and participants can stay focused on the discussion instead of the technology. That makes it a strong fit for executive rooms, huddle spaces, and shared conference areas where speed and simplicity are expected. As part of a DTEN room deployment, it helps create a more polished user experience and a more predictable workflow for IT. The result is less room confusion, faster meeting starts, and a control surface that feels purpose-built for enterprise collaboration spaces. For teams evaluating room hardware, this is the kind of component that improves day-to-day usability without adding complexity.
