Digi 360 Extension for IX20, 2 Years

Add two more years of Digi 360 coverage to IX20 deployments and keep service aligned with the operational life of the installed base. This extension SKU is built for teams that need a clean, controlled way to preserve support continuity without altering the underlying hardware. For infrastructure owners, service terms matter because they define how confidently a device can remain in production. Extending coverage helps avoid unsupported gaps, supports maintenance planning, and gives procurement a clear path for renewing existing assets. It is especially useful when device replacement schedules are longer than the original service period. This SKU is a practical fit for distributed environments, remote sites, and production systems where continuity is more valuable than requalification. By extending the service term rather than replacing equipment, you keep the IX20 product line under an active support framework and reduce administrative friction at renewal time. Choose this extension when the installed IX20 base still has operational value and you want to preserve that value with a defined, additional two-year service term.
