Digi IX30-00P7 is the North American LTE-Advanced Cat 7 model of the Digi IX30 industrial cellular router. It is designed to connect industrial controllers, process automation equipment and smart grid assets at remote or third-party sites. The router is FirstNet Capable and covers FDD bands including B14 for FirstNet and B71, TDD bands including B48 for CBRS, and WCDMA for 3G fallback. Cellular approvals include PTCRB, Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T. Two mini-SIM (2FF) slots work with Digi SureLink and VRRP+ for a resilient connection. An optional Digi eSIM accessory adds remote carrier switching. The router provides a full industrial I/O set: - Two 10/100 Ethernet ports and one USB 2.0 Type A port - A DB-9 DTE serial port supporting RS-232/422/485 with hardware and software flow control - A 12-pin terminal block with four software-selectable digital I/Os (including a pulse counter input) - Four analog I/Os, selectable between 4–20 mA and 0–10 V at 12-bit resolution Modbus bridging links legacy equipment to IP networks. The dedicated GNSS receiver tracks GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS. The aluminum IP30 enclosure mounts on DIN rail. It carries Class 1 Div 2, ATEX and IECEx approvals and operates from −34 °C to 74 °C. Power input is 9–30 VDC through a removable terminal block. A low-power mode draws about 1 W, which suits off-grid and solar sites. The IX30 hosts containerized applications for edge computing and includes license-free VPN, firewall, logging and authentication. The included Digi 360 solution provides Digi Remote Manager for mass configuration, monitoring and out-of-band console access. Accessories are not included; a power supply is required and sold separately.
