Sustain data governance through device service events with a five-year Keep Your HD option delivered via Dell’s distributor channel. This service preserves your ability to keep replaced drives when hardware is serviced, reducing risk during warranty replacements and aligning with onsite retention policies. Designed for enterprise procurement and IT operations, the offering pairs a clear term (5 years) and distributor fulfillment with Dell’s existing service framework. Use it to consolidate lifecycle planning, reduce third-party disposal steps, and document retention during hardware refresh cycles. Purchase through authorized channels and confirm entitlement at time of order to ensure eligibility. For claims or procedure, follow Dell’s warranty process or consult your distributor for case initiation and evidence requirements.

Ideal For

Fleet laptop replacements requiring chain-of-custody for failed drives
Finance and legal departments enforcing onsite data-retention policies
Service contracts where IT must retain drives for secure disposal
Enterprises consolidating warranty options via a distributor purchase

Why This Product

1Offers explicit drive-retention option rather than standard return-to-vendor replacement
2Priced and sold through distributor channel for consolidated procurement
3Specifies a fixed five-year term versus shorter manufacturer-only add-ons
4Designed to pair with Dell warranties without replacing core repair coverage
