Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect Hostview Concurrent Users

Extend access to host-based applications without changing the systems that run them. Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect Hostview is designed for organizations that need controlled, browser-based access to legacy environments while managing usage through concurrent-user licensing. This model fits teams that support mainframe, midrange, or terminal-driven workflows and want to reduce dependence on local client installs. By presenting host sessions through a web interface, it helps simplify user access, standardize the experience across endpoints, and keep administration focused on the access layer rather than the desktop. Concurrent licensing is especially useful when named-user licensing would overstate actual demand. It gives IT a cleaner way to align cost with active usage, which matters in shared-service environments, shift-based operations, and organizations with fluctuating access patterns. For infrastructure teams, the value is control: preserve access to essential host applications, reduce client sprawl, and support operational continuity with a licensing model that matches how people actually work.
