Cisco Rubrik Scale for NAS Cloud Direct Backup

Apply cloud-direct backup capacity to NAS data with Rubrik Scale for NAS Cloud Direct. The offering addresses NAS protection rather than a general-purpose infrastructure entitlement, making it relevant where file-serving storage requires a defined cloud-directed backup scope. Capacity is measured per front-end terabyte, allowing the protected NAS footprint to be aligned with the licensed quantity. RS-FT-SC-NCD-PP-X represents the Premium Support version of this NAS Cloud Direct offering. Its FETB licensing metric matters when sizing coverage: the entitlement is associated with front-end NAS capacity, not a stated count of virtual machines, endpoints, sockets, or appliances. That distinction helps administrators match the subscription scope to the storage data set being protected. Cloud Direct identifies the delivery and protection approach, while the NAS designation identifies the protected platform focus. Use this subscription where the requirement is specifically for NAS backup capacity with Premium Support included. The product is a non-physical software and service entitlement; it does not represent a separately specified backup appliance, NAS device, or shipped hardware component.
