Cisco SMARTnet for GS 2520 IP Services, 1-Year On-Site NBD

Keep critical Cisco infrastructure under support with SMARTnet coverage for the GS 2520 IP Services platform. This 1-year on-site maintenance service is structured for organizations that need dependable response, scheduled support coverage, and a clear service window for operational planning. With 8x5 availability and Next Business Day response, the service is designed to reduce downtime risk and keep maintenance aligned with business hours. On-site delivery matters when the issue requires physical attention, not just remote guidance. For network teams, that means faster resolution paths and less disruption to day-to-day operations. This service is a practical fit for environments where the cost of delayed repair is high: branch networks, distributed offices, and production-connected infrastructure. It supports a more controlled support model by pairing Cisco hardware with a defined maintenance term and a service level that helps teams plan around real operational needs. For buyers comparing support options, the value is in the combination of vendor-backed expertise, on-site response, and a one-year commitment that fits annual service planning.
