Cisco Next Best Action Engine Software License

Bring next-best-action decisioning into Acqueon U-NEXSYS customer-engagement workflows. The engine focuses on selecting an appropriate subsequent action during an interaction, allowing organizations to apply defined engagement logic where a workflow requires a consistent recommendation. It represents software functionality rather than an endpoint device, network appliance, or physical accessory. Cisco AUN-S-LIF-NBA corresponds to the Acqueon Next Best Action Engine designation associated with U-NEXSYS. Its scope is specific: the order identifies next-best-action engine functionality rather than a broad collection of customer-engagement components. That distinction matters in architectures where the decisioning element responsible for next-action selection must be identified separately from the systems that present or handle an interaction. Use this license where business interaction flows need an explicit next-best-action capability within a U-NEXSYS environment. The engine can sit as the decisioning function in a larger engagement workflow, supporting deployments that need recommendations to be determined as part of the interaction path. Its defining characteristic is the focused NBA Engine role: it identifies the decisioning capability itself instead of treating next-action logic as an unspecified feature of a wider application.
