Cisco Next Best Action Engine LCM Software License

Add the Acqueon Next Best Action Engine capability to a Cisco collaboration-cloud software environment with the LCM-designated ACM-S-LIF-NBA license. The product is a software license rather than a network appliance, cable, or mounted accessory. Its naming identifies a Next Best Action Engine function, providing a clear selection point for customer-engagement solutions that include next-action decisioning. This entitlement belongs in the Collab Cloud software category. Use it alongside the applicable Acqueon environment where next-action decisioning is part of the customer-engagement design. The LCM designation distinguishes this item from differently named software capabilities, so retain that designation when the solution scope specifically calls for the Next Best Action Engine function. For architecture planning, the relevant identifiers are the Acqueon capability name and LCM designation. It fits discussions focused on decisioning within a collaboration-cloud environment rather than physical installation tasks such as cabling, rack layout, port allocation, or power planning. Keeping the engine license associated with the software layer clarifies which part of the environment supplies the named decisioning function.
