Cisco C9K-PWR-650WAC-R= 650W AC Power Supply

Keep production switching infrastructure aligned with the airflow and power requirements Cisco designed into the platform. This 650 W AC power supply is specified for Catalyst 9000 deployments that need a direct-fit replacement or a spare aligned to the original thermal path. Front-to-back cooling matters in dense racks because it preserves aisle-level airflow strategy and reduces the risk of hot spots caused by mismatched components. That makes this supply a better choice than generic alternatives that may fit electrically but disrupt the chassis cooling plan. For teams managing standardization across access and distribution layers, the right power supply is part of keeping the entire platform supportable. At 650 W, it provides the capacity expected for supported switch configurations while keeping the hardware footprint tied to the Cisco ecosystem. It is the kind of component procurement teams buy when uptime, compatibility, and thermal consistency matter more than lowest-cost substitution.
