Chief PL1A Projector Locator Mount Security Accessory

Strengthen projector security where standard mounting protection is not enough. Chief PL1A adds extra defense against theft beyond Chief’s standard All-Points Security, giving integrators a practical middle ground between open mounting and full enclosure. That matters in conference rooms, classrooms, and shared spaces where projectors are exposed but still need routine access for maintenance and alignment. PL1A is part of Chief’s Large RPA Series and is available in three configuration options: PL1A, PL1B, and PL1C. That flexibility helps match the security approach to the installation environment without changing the broader mount strategy. For teams standardizing on Chief hardware, this accessory supports a cleaner, more controlled deployment while keeping service access straightforward. This is the kind of accessory that earns its place in higher-value AV builds: it addresses a real operational risk, fits into established Chief workflows, and helps protect the equipment investment already mounted overhead.
