Chief CMA470 Plenum Enclosure

Keep suspended-ceiling installs organized, accessible, and visually clean with a plenum-rated enclosure designed for Chief ceiling kit applications. Built for CMS440, CMA440, CMA450, and CMA455 new units, it provides a dedicated space for non-plenum rated cables and equipment while covering the column location for a more finished installation. The hinged door simplifies service access, which matters when ceiling-mounted systems need inspection, adjustment, or cable changes without unnecessary disruption. Multiple knockouts in 0.75 inch, 1 inch, and 1.5 inch sizes give installers routing flexibility, helping the enclosure adapt to different cable bundles and site requirements. For integrators and facilities teams, this enclosure supports cleaner workmanship and a more controlled cable path through the ceiling. It is a practical choice when the installation needs to look intentional, stay serviceable, and align with plenum-rated deployment requirements. That combination makes it more than a cosmetic cover: it is part of a disciplined ceiling infrastructure build.
