Citrix Appliance Maintenance Gold 3 Year

Keep production systems moving with a service plan designed around fast recovery and predictable support. Citrix Appliance Maintenance Gold delivers 24 x 7 coverage, depot-based exchange handling, and 1 business day advance parts replacement to reduce downtime when hardware issues interrupt operations. This 3-year service is a strong fit for infrastructure teams that need more than basic break-fix coverage. Parts replacement support helps shorten resolution cycles, while the service depot model provides a controlled, cost-effective process for managing repairs and exchanges. The result is a clearer maintenance path for appliances that support business-critical workloads. Gold coverage adds confidence where response time matters. With support for both physical and electronic service subtypes, it aligns well with mixed appliance environments that require dependable handling across components and service workflows. For organizations that value operational continuity, this plan helps preserve service levels without adding complexity to internal teams. Choose this service when the cost of delay is higher than the cost of coverage. It is built to keep support predictable, response times defined, and replacement logistics straightforward over the full 3-year term.
