Caldera 2 Additional Printers Large Category

Scale print operations without disrupting the production stack. This Caldera add-on provides two additional printers in the Large category, giving teams more room to distribute jobs, balance queues, and keep throughput aligned with demand. It is a practical expansion for environments that have outgrown their current printer count but want to preserve the same management model, workflow consistency, and operator familiarity. For production teams, the value is control. Adding capacity at the software level can be more efficient than forcing a hardware refresh or redesigning the workflow around a single bottleneck. This option is suited to organizations that already run Caldera and need to increase device coverage while maintaining centralized oversight. It helps reduce scheduling friction, supports higher job volume, and keeps the print environment organized as operations expand. Because this is a category-based add-on, it is best suited for teams that understand their printer mix and want a clean way to grow within the existing licensing structure. It is a straightforward way to protect productivity and avoid the cost and complexity of fragmented print management.
