Push PoE farther into the field without redesigning the network. AXIS TU8011 4-Port PoE Extender adds four powered Ethernet ports to extend reach for cameras and other PoE devices where standard switch distance limits become a constraint. It is designed for installations that need stable power distribution at the edge, with Gigabit Ethernet support to preserve network performance across the run. For integrators, the value is in simplifying difficult placements. Instead of adding separate power hardware or reworking cable paths, this extender helps maintain a cleaner installation while keeping devices online in locations that are harder to service. That matters in surveillance, access control, and distributed infrastructure where uptime and cable discipline directly affect operating cost. This model fits projects where the cost of a failed endpoint is higher than the cost of the hardware itself. By extending PoE in a compact form, it supports more flexible device placement while keeping the deployment architecture straightforward for planning, installation, and maintenance.
