AvePoint Cloud Backup for M365 Standard Unlimited Retention

Keep Microsoft 365 data recoverable after accidental deletion, retention gaps, or user-level data loss. This AvePoint cloud backup subscription is priced per user per month and includes the Standard version with unlimited retention, giving IT teams a clear way to protect Microsoft 365 content without managing backup infrastructure. Hosted on Azure, the service is designed for organizations that need durable recovery options for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 workloads. Unlimited retention matters when legal, compliance, or internal policy requires data to remain available beyond short backup windows. It also helps reduce the pressure to choose between storage efficiency and long-term recoverability. For procurement and infrastructure teams, the appeal is straightforward: predictable per-user pricing, a hosted deployment model, and retention that does not force periodic data pruning. It is a strong fit for environments where Microsoft 365 has become the system of record and recovery expectations are measured in years, not days.
