AVAYA IR COLLAB 5 HOURS 1100 CALLS

Protect uptime with a support service designed for teams that cannot afford delays. IR COLLAB 5 HOURS 1100 CALLS provides 24x7 technical coverage, a 4-hour response commitment, and a 1-year service duration delivered electronically for fast activation and straightforward administration. This service is built for organizations that need a defined support path rather than ad hoc troubleshooting. The electronic service model reduces friction in procurement and deployment, while the around-the-clock availability helps ensure issues are addressed on your schedule, not just during business hours. A 4-hour response target adds a clear operational expectation for escalation handling, which matters when service interruptions affect users, workflows, or customer-facing systems. For procurement teams, the value is in predictability. You get a fixed service term, a clearly defined technical support scope, and a delivery model that fits volume purchasing environments. For IT teams, the benefit is faster access to help when incidents occur, with a support structure that aligns to enterprise service expectations. It is a practical choice when the cost of downtime is higher than the cost of assured response.
