AuthenTica AS-PROV-GW-3 Google Workspace Provisioning

Move Google Workspace provisioning out of spreadsheets and into a controlled district workflow. This AuthenTica Solutions service is designed for districts with 20,001 to 40,000 students and focuses on provisioning from SIS and HR systems so user accounts can be created and maintained from authoritative records. For IT teams, the value is operational clarity. Instead of reconciling identities by hand, the district can align Google Workspace access with student and staff data already managed in core systems. That reduces repetitive admin work, lowers the chance of account drift, and helps new users get access when they need it. This service is especially relevant for districts that want a more disciplined identity process without building a custom integration from scratch. It supports a cleaner path to scale, with provisioning logic centered on the systems that already define the district’s source of truth. For procurement teams, it is a focused professional service with a clear deployment scope and a practical outcome: faster onboarding, fewer manual steps, and better consistency across the Google Workspace environment.
