Authentica Solutions AS-GPB-2 Grade Passback Automation

Automate one of the most error-prone academic workflows: moving grades from the LMS into the SIS. This Authentica Solutions offering is designed for districts with 5,001 to 20,000 students, where manual passback creates avoidable administrative load and increases the risk of mismatched records. By connecting the customer LMS to the SIS, the solution helps keep grade data synchronized across the systems teachers and administrators rely on every day. That means fewer manual updates, less reconciliation work, and a cleaner path from classroom activity to student recordkeeping. For IT and academic operations teams, the value is operational control. A defined student range makes it easier to match the solution to district scale, while automation helps reduce repetitive work that can slow down grading cycles. For procurement, it is a targeted investment in a high-impact workflow rather than a broad platform purchase. This is the kind of integration that pays for itself in time saved, fewer data errors, and more dependable grade reporting across the district.
