Key Features

HDBaseT receiver for HDMI signal extension
Audio de-embedding at the output endpoint
Power over HDBaseT support
Designed for professional AV integration
Receiver-side endpoint connectivity
Suitable for long-distance display deployments

Keep remote displays and audio endpoints connected with a receiver built for professional HDBaseT deployments. The ATEN VE2812PR accepts HDMI over HDBaseT and de-embeds audio at the destination, so you can route video to the screen while sending audio to a separate system without extra conversion hardware. Power over HDBaseT support helps reduce clutter at the endpoint by allowing compatible transmitters to deliver power through the same cable path. That matters in conference rooms, classrooms, digital signage, and control spaces where rack space, outlet access, and serviceability all affect deployment cost. This model is designed for installations that need dependable signal transport and cleaner integration than basic HDMI extenders can provide. By combining receiver functionality, audio extraction, and PoH support in one unit, it helps streamline AV builds and reduce the number of components required at the display side.

Ideal For

Conference room display extension with separate audio routing
Classroom AV installations with remote projector or monitor endpoints
Digital signage deployments requiring HDMI transport over structured cabling
Control room or meeting space builds with reduced local power access

Why This Product

1Adds audio de-embedding where basic HDMI extenders do not
2Supports Power over HDBaseT for cleaner endpoint installs
3Built for structured AV deployments rather than consumer use
4Better suited to integrated room systems than simple cable adapters
