Install the optic at one end of a link with a compatible remote transceiver using the opposite wavelength assignment. The LC connection and SFP+ format make it appropriate for network equipment with a compatible 10 GbE SFP+ slot. BiDi optics require wavelength pairing; matching connector type alone does not establish a link. Confirm that the host port accepts this optical interface and that the installed fiber is single-mode.
