The ARMOR-X RIN-SS-X210 is a weatherproof rugged case from the RIN series. It is made for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ (11") models SM-X210, SM-X215 and SM-X216. It gives an affordable consumer tablet the protection it needs for warehouse floors, job sites, classrooms and customer-facing counters. The case uses an ultra 3-layer impact-resistant design. A rigid engineering-material cover guards against drops, and premium TPU cladding absorbs shock. The case meets MIL-STD-810G shockproof protection for drops of 1.2 m (4 ft). A crystal-clear built-in screen protector covers the display. Raised front edges recess the screen so it stays protected when the tablet is placed face down. With the screen facing upward, the case is rainproof from the top of the device. A 360-degree swivel hand strap supports one-handed operation, so staff can hold the tablet securely while working the screen. The kickstand sets a viewing angle for typing, watching video or presenting. The form-fitting shell has precise cutouts and tactile buttons for quick access to controls. ARMOR-X lists an optional PT-CA2 shoulder strap for the RIN series; RIN-SS-X210 is the case-only version. The case measures 268 × 181 × 25 mm and weighs 353 g. It adds structure without bulking up the 11-inch tablet.
