VAA Upgrade R4.6 SW License

Move VAA environments to R4.6 with a license path designed for disciplined software lifecycle management. This Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise entitlement supports version alignment without forcing a hardware refresh, making it a practical choice for teams that need to maintain service continuity while standardizing on a current release. For infrastructure teams, the value is in control. A licensed upgrade path helps reduce compatibility surprises, simplifies change planning, and keeps supportable software in place for production operations. That matters when the environment is tied to business-critical communications or network services where unplanned drift can create avoidable risk. Compared with lower-cost, one-off approaches, this license is about preserving operational order. It gives procurement and technical teams a clear software entitlement tied to the product line, helping ensure the environment remains on a supported release track. If your goal is to extend the useful life of an existing VAA deployment while keeping the platform current, this upgrade license provides a direct path forward.
