Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise SP1N-OS6870 1 Year Support — 24x7 Technical, Updates

Maintain predictable operations for OS6870 switch deployments with a one‑year End Customer Support Plus contract. This offering provides continuous access to Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise technical assistance, entitlement to software updates and upgrades, and advanced replace for eligible hardware components. The package is designed for infrastructure teams that require vendor accountability without renegotiating SLA terms—so you can restore service faster, keep software current, and avoid unexpected lifecycle gaps. Support Plus pairs vendor expertise with upgrade rights, reducing internal operational load and preserving existing configurations while ensuring the OS6870 remains on a supported software track. Purchase this support to extend vendor coverage across critical aggregation and distribution switching in campus and branch environments, and to justify the premium relative to commodity support options that do not include upgrade entitlements or advanced replace.
