Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise 1 Year End Customer Support Plus for OAWAP1411 — 1 yr

Protect wireless infrastructure investment with a one-year End Customer Support Plus subscription for the OAWAP1411. This support tier provides around-the-clock access to technical assistance, ensuring issues are addressed by vendor-trained engineers regardless of local business hours. The service also includes entitlement to software updates and upgrades released during the contract term, enabling you to apply security patches and feature enhancements without separate procurement. For environments where continuous wireless availability and timely patching are required—campus networks, retail footprints, and critical-edge deployments—this support contract standardizes maintenance windows, reduces compliance risk, and keeps the device on a supported software baseline. Delivered as a renewable annual subscription, the Support Plus option simplifies vendor coordination for troubleshooting, accelerates resolution with vendor knowledge, and preserves warranty-adjacent entitlements tied to software maintenance.
