Add 10 GbE fiber connectivity to server infrastructure with a dual-port SFP+ adapter designed for dependable expansion. The AddOn BK835A-AO uses a PCIe x8 host interface to deliver the bandwidth needed for high-traffic workloads, including virtualization, storage access, and aggregation links that benefit from dedicated network paths. Its open SFP+ design gives you the flexibility to choose optics that match the environment, whether the deployment calls for short-reach or longer-distance fiber. That matters in enterprise racks where cabling standards, link budgets, and upgrade paths are rarely identical from one site to the next. The dual-port layout supports cleaner traffic segmentation and redundancy planning, while the server-focused form factor keeps integration straightforward in existing expansion slots. For teams replacing aging 1 GbE or consolidating multiple links into fewer high-speed paths, this adapter offers a measured step up in capacity without unnecessary complexity.
