Extend 1 Gbps Ethernet links across buildings, floors, wiring closets, and campus pathways with 1000BASE-LX optical connectivity over single-mode fiber. The AddOn Networks SFP-1000BASE-LX-CJ-AO installs in a compatible SFP slot and presents a duplex LC fiber interface. Its 1310 nm 1000BASE-LX optics support single-mode fiber runs up to 10 km, allowing network teams to retain fiber infrastructure where copper Ethernet distance limits do not apply. This transceiver is compatible with Cisco and Juniper Networks equipment that accepts the applicable SFP interface.
