911 Inform LDSNDE Network Discovery and Establishment Service

Begin network discovery and establishment work for a 911 Inform environment with LDSNDE. This software service has a stated scope of network discovery and establishment, placing it at the stage where the relevant network environment is examined and service foundations are established. It applies to deployments that need location-aware emergency communications capabilities to work from an understood network context. Network discovery is a distinct activity from deploying endpoint hardware or operating an emergency communications platform day to day. It concerns the network conditions and elements that must be identified before location-related services can be established. Establishment then moves that identified environment into the service context required for the intended 911 Inform deployment. LDSNDE groups those two named activities under one service offering. Use LDSNDE where the required work is specifically network discovery and establishment for a 911 Inform environment. Its named scope differentiates it from a general software label: the service is focused on the network groundwork associated with discovery and establishment, rather than describing a broad endpoint, appliance, or communications application. The LDSNDE ordering code identifies this network discovery and establishment service.
